    1) Placing an order
    By completing the order process, customer agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions of JustSquash.com

    a. Online
    All orders placed online at www.JustSquash.com are subject to terms, conditions and policies expressly state herein.

    b. By Phone
    You can submit an order over the phone by calling us 973-904-1117.

    c. By Fax
    You can submit an order by printing our your shipping cart and faxing it along with your credit card number, address and expiration date to 973-836-0258.

    d. By Mail
    You can submit an order by printing our your shipping cart and mailing it along with your credit card number, address and expiration date to JustSquash.com

    2) Payment Options
    By completing the order process, customer agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions of JustSquash.com

    a. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, JCB, checks, money orders, cashier's checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank) and PayPal. Please, note that the charge on your credit card will appear from Visavis Group, Inc. To place an order with a check, money order, or cashier's check (denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank), please print out your shopping cart and mail it with your payment to JustSquash.com, attn: Orders, 576 Valley Road #192, Wayne, NJ 07470. All orders paid for by check or money order will be mailed after the check or money order has cleared.

    b. We will happily accept mailed or faxed purchase orders from U.S. schools, and U.S. state or county government agencies provided they are shipped to a US destination, Payment terms are net 30.

    3) Sales Tax
    Items shipped to addresses in the State of New Jersey are subject to a 7% sales tax.

    4) Order Confirmation
    The customer will receive an "order confirmation" email within 48 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will serve as customer’s invoice. Once the item is shipped, customer will receive another e-mail from JustSquash.com indicating the date it was shipped along with the estimated delivery date and tracking number (if available).

    5) Shipping
    All Orders placed prior to 12 pm Eastern Time on a weekday are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12 pm on a weekday or anytime on Saturday/Sunday/Holiday are processed on the following business day.

    All in-stock items are shipped no later than on the next business day. If the item is not in stock or, if, for any reason, it cannot be shipped on the next business day following the order, JustSquash.com will send an e-mail to the customer updating him/her on the status of respective order.

    For orders over $25 we offer FREE standard shipping (by UPS or USPS) to any continental US address (that excludes AK, HI, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and APOs/PO Boxes). JustSquash.com does not guarantee delivery times when customer to chooses to take advantage of our FREE shipping promotion. If your order totals less than $25 a nominal charge of $3.50 is applied.

    Customers can also choose to have their items shipped via Priority Mail, 2nd Day Air or Overnight shipping. In the customer chooses to upgrade the shipping method, additional charges will apply and will be calculated according to the total weight of the order.

    Please, note that the day of the order (as well as weekend days and holidays) does not count in shipping time estimates and calculations.

    For international customers (as well as customers in HI, AK, PR, US Virgin Islands and APOs/PO Boxes) shipping rates are calculated in accordance with a package weight (as well as its size).

    For customers to HI, AK, PR and US Virgin Islands orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. If you live in HI, AK, PR and US Virgin Islands and would like your order shipped via a different shipping method, please, call us at 1-973-904-1117 for available options.

    For international customers JustSquash.com uses Air Parcel Post or USPS Global Priority Mail. If you would like to have your international package shipped via USPS Global Express Mail, please, e-mail us for rates. Please, note, that not all of these methods are available for all countries and territories.

    Packages shipped by USPS Global Priority mail to customers outside of the USA should not be expected earlier than in 10-14 business days (although that very well might arrive before that). Please, note that JustSquash.com provides shipping times only for customer convenience and makes no guarantees as to the exact arrival dates of each shipment.

    Shipping rates for international customers start as low as $4.00 and are calculated automatically for items in the customer’s shopping basket once the customer starts his/her checkout. To see exact shipping rates at that point, international customers (as well as customers from AK, HI, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and APOs/PO Boxes) should fill in their shipping information and click “CONTINUE”.

    If you need to add/ remove items or modify quantities of items already in the shopping cart, the customer can use the “BACK” button of you browser without losing shipping information that has already been entered. If shipping charges change with these modifications, the customer will be able to see these changes immediately.

    Please, note that all local fees, duties and taxes are responsibility of the customer.

    Occasionally promotional items are offered with free upgraded shipping. However, if the customer orders any other items in addition to the promotional item, JustSquash.com reserves the right to charge shipping appropriate for the additional items purchased.

    Since some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturers, occasionally items might be shipped sooner or later than usual. If this occurs, an e-mail will be sent to the customer advising of such changes.

    6) Pricing and Availability
    We strive to provide our customers with the most updated pricing and availability information. In the unlikely event of item no longer being available after the customer has placed an order, purchase amount will be fully and promptly refunded.

    Price may change without prior notice and JustSquash.com does not adjust pricing on previously purchased merchandise.

    7) Return Policy
    Unused racquets (with plastic wrapping on a grip and paper face plate in place - not removed - and all warranty cards are not filled out) may be returned to JustSquash.com within 7 Days of purchase for FULL REFUND in original form of payment (shipping is not refunded). All other items may be returned only if unused and are still in original packaging within 7 Days of purchase for FULL REFUND (shipping is not refunded).

    NO RETURNS ON SHOES AND APPAREL can be accepted under any conditions.

    If JustSquash.com determines that the item was used no credit will be issued.

    For item purchased as part of an order with free shipping, a shipping fee of $19.95 will be assessed on returned items.

    8) Lowest Price Guarantee
    If the customer finds a lower, publicly advertised on an identical eligible product and sends JustSquash.com an e-mail to pricing@JustSquash.com with a link to an equal or better price, after verification that the item is in stock and available in all sizes and/or colors (where applicable) the new lower price will be offered to such customer.
    Following items are not eligible for Lowest Price Guarantee:
    1. All shoes
    2. All Karakal rackets
    3. All Harrow rackets

    JustSquash.com will NOT match or beat any pricing on EBAY.

    9) Manufacturer's Warranties
    For information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.

    10) JustSquash.com Statement on Privacy
    Your privacy is a very sensitive subject for us and we take it very seriously. So our privacy policy is simple, we don't sell, barter, give away or rent your personal information to any company outside of JustSquash.com and its parent company Visavis Group, Inc. We do have partners that assist us with fulfillment and shipping in certain categories, and in those cases those partners receive a name and shipping address so that they can process and ship orders properly.

    The only information we require to process an order is the following:
    1. Your name
    2. Your credit card number
    3. The expiration date
    4. Credit Card 3- or 4-digit security code
    5. The billing address of the credit card (for security purposes)
    6. A shipping address (if different from billing address)
    7. E-mail/phone number so that we can contact with any questions concerning your order.

    Information we won't ask for: JustSquash.com does not request sensitive information such as a social security number, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) from a bank or credit card, or a driver's license number.

    By using Justsquash.com, you are agreeing to allow us to collect and use this information at and by JustSquash.com. Please check the site regularly for updates or changes.

    11) Safety and Security Policy
    JustSquash.com has contracted Yahoo.com as a full-service provider of YAHOO! Small Business Merchant Solutions which is widely regarded as the safest and most reliable credit card processing and e-commerce solutions provider on the internet. YAHOO! Small Business Merchant Solutions servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Microsoft Internet Explore, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

    12) How do Preorders work?
    Preorder items can be reserved with a credit card number. Approximate ship date is listed by each item. Preorders ship separately from in-stock item orders and shipping for in-stock items applies whether pre-order items are ordered at the same time or not. If more than one of your preorders arrives at the same time, they will ship together. If an item is discontinued, you will be notified and your preorder cancelled and your credit card will be refunded. While expected ship dates are provided for your convenience to the best of our knowledge, JustSquash.com is not responsible for arrival dates or discontinued items.
